Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification.

Return conditions

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and health safety reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, handled, or unsealed.
  • The return must be sent within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal.

Natural Wellness reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Unless there is an error on our part or the product is defective, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once the products have been received and verified:

  • The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
  • It will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • No additional fees will be applied to the refund.

Natural Wellness may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or proof of their return has been provided.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you must contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.

If the order has already been dispatched, it must be processed as a return.
