How to use

1. Start with clean skin: gently cleanse your face to remove any makeup, dirt or impurities, and pat dry.

2. Apply a few drops: using the dropper, place a few drops of oil on your fingertips. Start with a small amount, as a little goes a long way.

3. Massage into the face: apply the oil using upward and outward movements, paying special attention to dry areas, fine lines or areas prone to redness.

4. Avoid the eye area: in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water. For external use only.

5. Morning and/or evening: add it to your routine after cleansing. If using during the day, follow with sunscreen.

6. Facial massage: use it in your face yoga routine to smooth the forehead, lift the cheeks and tone the neck and jawline.

7. Allow to absorb: wait a few minutes for the skin to fully absorb the oil. Then, if you wish, apply your usual moisturiser.

8. Be consistent: use it daily to enjoy its long-term benefits.
